Dr. Bandhana (Bani) Bajaj was born and raised in Oklahoma City, OK. She graduated from Washington University in St. Louis in 1996 and received her medical degree from the University of Oklahoma in 2001. She then moved to Washington DC to complete her OBGYN residency at the George Washington University Hospital and after, joined her practice that is now Capital Women’s Care in 2005. She has almost 20 years of experience in general obstetrics and gynecology and recently transitioned to a gyn only practice. She has a special interest in perimenopause and menopause as well as helping patients maintain a healthy lifestyle. She is board certified with the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and is a member of the North American Menopause Society. She has been a Washingtonian Top Doctor for several years, and now currently resides on the Clinical Governance Board for Capital Women’s Care. In her spare time, you will find her every morning on the leaderboard with Peloton and in the evenings carting her three school aged children to various activities in the DC area.
