From start to finish my appointment was perfect. Upon entry the office was clean and inviting. The staff quickly welcomed me and explained the new patient check-in process. Within 5 minutes of walking in and completing the intake documents I was being escorted to the patient rooms. The nurse who took my vitals was friendly. After the nurse left the doctor followed not long after. Dr. Napoleon answered all my questions and gave honest/relatable feedback on the things I had on my mind. She didn't make me feel rushed or silly for my questions. I felt really comfortable with her. The wellness exam was quick and efficient, and I believe I was back out of the office within 30-40 minutes of my arrival time. I hope Dr. Napoleon doesn't plan to leave because I will definitely be a regular patient.
